Like most of us we struggle to balance work, family and gym life.
This normally means that when we are very busy the gym workout gets missed and then we get miserable!
With most gyms open at 6am to 10pm Monday to Fridays and 8am to 8pm at weekends all we really need to do is plan better and be flexible when we undertake our workouts. more »

One of the keys to being successful in any fitness plan, is to remove as many obstacles as possible. Pushups are a great way to increase your level of success in your workout plan because you can do them at your convenience and you do not have to go to a gym.
You can do pushups in the morning before you go to work, on your lunch break, or when you get home from work.
