One of the keys to being successful in any fitness plan, is to remove as many obstacles as possible. Pushups are a great way to increase your level of success in your workout plan because you can do them at your convenience and you do not have to go to a gym.
You can do pushups in the morning before you go to work, on your lunch break, or when you get home from work. There are absolutely no restrictions because you do not have to drive, or bus, to a gym, or wear workout attire. Having used pushups as the core of my workout for years, this has personally been the greatest benefit.
