Health,Fitness & Diets advice :: Your Gym workout - Does it take enough priority in your life

Like most of us we struggle to balance work, family and gym life.

This normally means that when we are very busy the gym workout gets missed and then we get miserable!

With most gyms open at 6am to 10pm Monday to Fridays and 8am to 8pm at weekends all we really need to do is plan better and be flexible when we undertake our workouts.
