One of the keys to being successful in any fitness plan, is to remove as many obstacles as possible. Pushups are a great way to increase your level of success in your workout plan because you can do them at your convenience and you do not have to go to a gym.

You can do pushups in the morning before you go to work, on your lunch break, or when you get home from work.
